Title Exam Plant

Riverbend maintains an extensive database and file inventory constituting a title plant for much of the Greater Cincinnati Region. Chances are good that we may already have some base data on the commercial property in which you are interested, which in turn will decrease the cost and turnaround time of the title exam.

Although we are licensed to write title insurance in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, we will facilitate commercial transactions anywhere in the United States.
